TeamCyberOps is a Pakistani collective of penetration testers, tool builders and security researchers. We came up grinding CTFs in cafés with patchy WiFi, sharing PDFs over WhatsApp, watching the same five YouTube channels everyone else watched.
That worked. But it shouldn't have to be that hard. So alongside our client work, we run an open library of every book we wish we'd had on day one, and a training arm — TCO | Academy — that teaches in a mix of Urdu and English with the assumption that the student has nothing but time and intent.
The client side pays for everything else. We pentest, write reports that defenders can actually act on, and build custom tooling for engagements that don't fit a scanner.
