1. Acceptance

By using teamcyberops.xyz and its subdomains you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please stop using the site.

2. Acceptable use

• You will only use the tools, write-ups and demos against systems you own or are authorized to test.
• You will not scrape, abuse or attempt to disrupt our services, library or APIs.
• You will not impersonate the TCO crew or members.

3. The Library

The library is provided for educational use. Books remain the property of their respective authors and publishers. If you are a rights holder and want a title removed, email us — we comply with takedown requests.

4. Tools and code

Open-source tools are released under their stated licenses. Anything labelled "Research" or "PoC" is for authorized use only; TCO is not liable for misuse.

5. Services and engagements

Paid engagements (penetration testing, training) are governed by a separate signed Statement of Work or contract. The website only describes the general scope.

6. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is". We disclaim warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose to the maximum extent allowed by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Disputes resolved in courts of Islamabad.
