Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

TeamCyberOps ("TCO", "we") is a Pakistan-based cyber-security collective offering penetration testing, security research, training (TCO Academy) and a public free book library.

2. What we collect

• Contact form: name, email, message.
• Newsletter: email address.
• Feedbacks: name, optional organization, role, message and logo URL.
• Account (optional): email and Google profile basics if you sign in.
• Analytics: page path, referrer, anonymised user-agent and a salted hash of your IP — used to understand traffic patterns, never sold.

3. What we don't collect

We do not run third-party ad networks. We do not sell personal data. We do not fingerprint visitors across other sites.

4. How we use it

To reply to your messages, send the newsletters you signed up for, moderate published feedback, and improve the site. Legal basis: legitimate interest and, where required, your consent.

5. Sharing

Processors we rely on: Resend (transactional email), Lovable Cloud (hosting + auth + database), Google Drive (read-only mirror of the library). Each accesses data only to deliver their service.

6. Retention

Contact messages: up to 24 months. Newsletter emails: until you unsubscribe. Analytics events: up to 12 months. Account data: until you delete your account.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time. Email teamcyberops.pk@gmail.com. We respond within 30 days.

8. Security

HTTPS everywhere, row-level access policies on user data, hashed IPs for analytics, principle of least privilege for admin access. No system is perfect; we disclose incidents that affect you.
